Place a new order step1
Client creates a mandate and submits a letter of authorization
Requirments collection and assessment step2
The account manager is responsible for collecting the candidate's authorization letter and verification materials and assessing them.
If the materials are incomplete, contact the candidate to complete the verification materials with the client's knowledge.
Start Verification step4
Distribution of requirments step3
After the materials are fully collected, the account manager will split the resume and assign it to a special verification consultant.
The standard verification period is 1-5 working days step5
If there are other uncontrollable factors or the resume includes overseas verification items, the time needs to be determined separately with the account manager, and any major issues in the report should be immediately reported to the client
Report QA step6
The verification report is issued and submitted to the quality inspection department for review.
If there are problems with the report, the quality inspection department will return the report to the verification consultant for a second verification.
Creat Final Report step7
After the report passes the quality inspection department's review, it is sent to the account manager to create the formal version of the report.
Re-check of disputed report step9
If the client raises doubts or objections to the report, the account manager will return the report's doubts to the verification consultant to start a second verification until the problem is resolved.
Sumbit Final Report step8
The account manager submits the formal version of the report to the client and is responsible for explaining the report.
